At the original Fairy Garden Store we guarantee your satisfaction with the item you purchased. If there is something that is not right with the purchase, we will "make it right" and replace it with the same product you chose to ensure you are happy.  If you get the product, and decide that you want to return it instead, refer to the return policy.

 

RETURNS

We offer a return period of 30 days from the date of delivery of your product.  If you decide that you want to return any part of your order for any reason, you can do so within that 30 day window under our No Hassle Return. Returns that are sent back to us with a ship date later than 30 days from purchase will not be processed and returned to sender resulting in additional shipping costs to the customer.

Customers are subject to the initial and return costs of delivery for their product.  Returns within the approved time frame are not subject to a restocking fee as long as the product and packaging is in new condition when received.  Customers can choose to return the item using any delivery method they choose, but we do encourage a method that is trackable and insured.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE

We inspect each piece prior to delivery for craftsmanship and accuracy, but in the rare instance an item gets delivered to you and it is not correct, or is defective, we guarantee a full replacement at no cost to you.  We guarantee the product you chose is free of defects. We will replace the unit, and pick up the old, under the carrier's insurance we have on all of our shipments.  The carriers insurance requires us to replace any damaged unit with the exact same product for it to be covered. If you choose to return an item, please refer to the return policy.

For Damaged Items, please retain all packaging and product for inspection, if needed.  For damage claims, it is standard to require two images of EACH damaged item to demonstrate to the carrier and merchant the damage.  Damaged merchandise will be returned, at the store's cost, so they can inspect the damage and improve shipping strategies for the future.  Failure to retain damaged materials will disallow the damage claim as documentation is needed.  To set up a damage claim, email two pictures demonstrating the damage to service@fairygardenstore.com.  Please make sure to included your order number and a description of the damage.
